Since 1999, Dr. Moreano has organized and participated in medical missions to Ecuador, South America to provide free reconstructive surgeries to children who are born with deformities or have burns on the face/neck areas. Dr. Moreano is the founder and Director of “Medical Mission Middle of the World Foundation” which is a non-profit charity whose purpose is to provide pro-bono plastic surgery to underprivileged children of Latin America.
